Oxfam publicly acknowledges that the Climate-Resiliency Field Schools (CrFS) program was developed by and introduced to the BINDS project by Rice Watch and Action Network (R1). In the BINDS project, R1 was engaged in developing the capacity of local governments, communities and three organizations (SIMMCARD, COM and RDISK) with the skills on CrFS. Oxfam, in partnership with the three organizations, continued work under the EMBRACE project using the skills and knowledge in CrFS. (Download file to read more)
