Airah Cadiogan is the Policy and Campaigns Officer for Climate Change and Adaptation and Risk Reduction (ARR) for Oxfam in the Philippines. As part of the Economic Justice team, Airah works with partners to build the capacity of community actors and influence key decision makers to increase public spending on climate change adaptation and mitigation actions, monitor the flow and use of global and national climate finance, help ensure that the most vulnerable communities can adequately prepare for climate-related disasters and extreme weather events, and engage the public to raise the voices of men, women and children most adversely affected by climate change.
